✨💜 Our intention for Meditation Social is to provide a safe space for individuals to express themselves freely & connect with themselves & others on a deeper level. We have created a variety of short meditations and fun conscious connection exercises to help others connect on a deeper level in a safe and fun environment - rather than small talk about the weather and what you do. Every soul has so much depth to it, and we are creating a safe container for individuals to come together and express who they are without judgment.

✨💜 We hope to build a community based on love, trust & acceptance.  We believe everybody should feel safe to be exactly who they are & to share that with the world around them, without needing to be anything other than their true authentic selves.  We invite you to come join us, have some fun, & get in touch with your inner child!
